If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is currently limited to the United States.

Free shipping applies to all orders.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery takes approximately 5 days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Under our Return and Refund Policy, eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns are free of charge, and a prepaid return shipping label is provided. All returned products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached where applicable.

Once a returned item is received at our warehouse, refunds for eligible returns are generally processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

If cancellation is no longer possible, an eligible product may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or other special offers. Such offers may carry separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, purchase requirements, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion.
